                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM BRUCE DEWAYNE MOORE AND
                   SUSAN R. MOORE, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   73B-2, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS IV, TRACT
                   NO. 718.1, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Bruce Dewayne Moore and Susan 
R.
       Moore, relative to Contract No. 73B-2, Big Ridge Collector Sewers 

       IV, Tract No. 718.1, for a consideration of $2,500.00.
